Raagini’s journey didn’t begin with abundance. It began with effort. With just 3 cows and limited income, everything had to be bought - fodder, manure, even vegetables. She would walk long distances just to deliver milk. Over time, things began to change. Step by step, the farm grew. Today, she manages 9 milking cows across her land, growing her own fodder, fruits, and vegetables - from papaya and banana to guava and drumstick. Nothing goes to waste. Cow dung becomes biogas. The same system gives back manure to the soil. Farming here is not just work - it’s a complete cycle. It also brought something more personal - independence. “I don’t have to ask anyone for money anymore. This is enough for us.” With strong family support and guidance at every step - from milk collection to veterinary care - the farm has become stable and self-sustaining. Now, with her son stepping in to continue the work, this is no longer just a livelihood - it’s a way of life being carried forward. Because farming is not just about today’s income.
