These crunchy custard kunafa cups are a perfect Ramadan dessert- light, creamy, and layered with texture in every bite. Perfect for iftar, family gatherings, or whenever you want a quick homemade sweet treat. Ingredients 1 cup vermicelli (seviyan) 2–3 tbsp Akshayakalpa Organic Ghee 2 cups Akshayakalpa Organic Milk 2 tbsp custard powder Mixed fruits – kiwi, grapes, orange, pomegranate, blueberries, apple Nuts almonds, cashews, pistachios Method 1. Heat Akshayakalpa Organic Ghee in a pan and roast the vermicelli until golden, crispy, and aromatic. Keep aside to cool. 2. In a saucepan, heat Akshayakalpa Organic Milk. In a separate bowl, dissolve custard powder in ¼ cup milk. 3. Add the custard mixture to the hot milk and cook on low flame, stirring continuously until thick and creamy. 4. Let the custard cool, then refrigerate until chilled. 5. While serving, take a cup and layer with roasted vermicelli, chilled custard, and repeat layers. 6. Top with fresh fruits and nuts of your choice.
